Role Description This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role for a Sales Manager (B2B) based in Tbilisi. The Sales Manager will develop and execute strategies to engage and acquire business clients, build and maintain long-term partnerships, and identify new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. The Sales Manager will also represent Borbalo during industry events and client meetings with a focus on growing market presence. We're growing and looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals. What You'll Do Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, close Work both inbound and outbound — adapting your approach and technique to each lead type and segment Work across key verticals: taxi & fleet operators, logistics, construction, government, agriculture Conduct live and offline product demos tailored to each client's specific situation and pain points Build and maintain a structured database of target prospects — researching companies, mapping decision-makers, and keeping accounts up to date Own your pipeline in CRM: stage accuracy, activity logging, follow-up discipline Prepare sales materials: presentations, proposals, and call scripts Identify and activate new market segments and partnership channels Track competitor activity, pricing, and product gaps Share client feedback and market insights with the product and marketing teams What We're Looking For 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets Able to run discovery conversations, build a business case, and handle objections confidently Strong communicator in Georgian and English (Russian is a plus) Organized and self-driven — you manage your own pipeline without being chased Experience in fleet, logistics, SaaS, or IoT is a strong advantage Existing network in logistics, construction, or government is a plus Comfortable being on camera, willingness to participate in product videos and promotional content is a bonus
