Sales Manager B2C Courses

We help aspiring and experienced brokers develop practical expertise and build careers in Dubai's real estate market. We offer in-person and online learning formats. We are looking for a Sales Manager to consult prospective students, manage warm leads, and guide clients through the full sales process Responsibilities: Consult warm leads provided by the marketing team and sell educational programs Communicate with clients primarily in English via WhatsApp, e-mail, phone calls Identify clients' needs, present relevant training options, handle objections, and close deals Maintain accurate lead records and sales pipeline in AmoCRM Follow up with prospective clients and achieve individual sales targets Collaborate with the sales lead and the wider team to improve sales processes and communication scripts Requirements At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2C sales English proficiency at B2 level or above, both spoen and written Russian proficiency will be an advantage, as part of the team is Russian-speaking Experience with CRM systems; AmoCRM experience is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and client-consulting skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience in real estate, education, courses, or premium services will be an advantage, but is not required Benefits Fully remote cooperation from any location Flexible compensation structure: fixed salary plus commission per sale (discussed individually) If this opportunity sounds like a good fit for you, we look forward to receiving your application!
