About the position: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing existing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and acquiring new clients. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term partnerships, coordinate commercial activities across assigned markets, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Develop relationships with existing distributors and resellers, identify growth opportunities and increase sales within assigned accounts. Business Development: Identify, approach and onboard new partners to expand market coverage and sales potential. Order & Sales Coordination: Coordinate customer orders, monitor order execution and ensure smooth communication between partners and internal teams. Partner Development: Monitor partner activities, support business development plans and strengthen long-term cooperation. Analysis & Reporting : Analyze sales performance, market opportunities and partner results; prepare reports and monitor KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Management or a related field. 3+years of experience in sales, account management, business development or related commercial roles. Experience working with distributors, resellers or channel partners. Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. Results-oriented mindset and strong commercial awareness. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in IT, consumer electronics or distribution business is an advantage. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Language Proficiency: English B2+ level required; Russian is a plus.
