About Tendmory Tendmory builds software for one of the last industries still running on paper: funeral and memorial services. Our B2B SaaS platform gives cemeteries a single place to run their operations — managing plots and services, selling online, and keeping families in the loop. We're now expanding across the U.S., Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Now we're building out the Sales team. We're looking for someone who gets energized by an ambitious target rather than spooked by it, and who wants their paycheck to reflect what they actually bring in. The job is simple to describe and hard to master: source your own clients, work the leads that come in, and close. What you earn tracks directly with what you close. What we're looking for Fluent English, C1/C2 — you'll be negotiating deals, so this one's a hard requirement A year or more in active, outbound sales where cold calling was part of the daily grind Someone who's motivated by results and unapologetic about wanting to earn well Stamina for a high call volume and a steady hand when objections come The ability to pitch a product so it actually lands What you'll be doing Hunting down new business through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn Working the phones — expect 70 to 100+ calls a day, inbound and outbound Walking prospects through presentations and live demos Carrying deals through the entire cycle, from first hello to signature Keeping your pipeline and contacts up to date in the CRM Hitting your goals The setup Fully remote, but on U.S. business hours — you'll be in daily contact with the team and clients, so the overlap matters. Being able to adjust to Ocenia's hours whenever needed. $1,200 base plus commission, paid monthly
