Development company “BLOX” is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Specialist BLOX (blox.ge) has been successfully operating in the Georgian real estate market since 2016, creating modern and comfortable living environments with high-quality standards. Working Conditions: Employment type: Full-time (maximum 40 hours per week) Working hours: Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Break: 1 hour Key Responsibilities: Selling the company’s residential and commercial properties Identifying potential clients, analyzing and managing data Communicating with clients, scheduling and conducting meetings Negotiating and closing deals Preparing and presenting offers and presentations Updating and managing the client database (CRM) Preparing sales-related documentation Participating in marketing and sales activities Requirements: Experience in sales Experience in real estate sales will be considered an advantage Knowledge of the real estate market Proficiency in English and Russian (mandatory) Knowledge of MS Office Interested candidates are requested to send their CVs to: [email protected] Application deadline: 7 June Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.
