InXpress is seeking a Sales Support Assistant Remote · Full-Time · UK–Georgia Team We're looking for a sharp, organised, and ambitious Sales Support Assistant to join a fast-moving international logistics business. You'll work directly alongside senior Account Managers in the UK, helping them move faster, sell more, and serve customers better — and you'll be backed by a Georgia-based customer service team and an English-Georgian leadership group that wants to see you grow. What You'll Be Doing As the right-hand support for our Account Managers, you'll help keep deals, conversations, and customer relationships moving smoothly. Your role will grow over time, but day one onward you'll be involved in: Communication support — drafting and managing emails, handling routine customer queries with confidence, and knowing when to bring in the right specialist for anything more complex Proposal and presentation preparation — building polished, customer-ready proposals and pricing presentations that are tailored, professional, and ready to send CRM management — keeping pipelines clean and up to date in HubSpot, tracking deals, setting follow-ups, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Coordination with the customer service team — helping route work to the right people and keeping things running efficiently Supporting the wider sales process — from pricing support to day-to-day organisation that helps the team perform at its best As you settle in and prove yourself, you'll naturally pick up more — and with more responsibility comes a stronger reward structure, including performance bonuses and a clear route to a higher salary band.
