Role Description The Sales Support Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This role supports the sales team with day-to-day coordination of customer inquiries, quotations, and bookings, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Responsibilities include preparing and updating sales documentation, maintaining customer records, and assisting with rate and contract management in relevant systems. The Sales Support Assistant will communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve queries, follow up on opportunities, and support the implementation of sales initiatives. The role also involves monitoring shipment status, providing proactive updates to customers, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales support processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English and local language. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills, including familiarity with order processing, documentation, and basic commercial terms. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficiency with MS Office tools and ability to quickly learn company-specific systems and platforms. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders. Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or a related commercial support role is an advantage. Relevant vocational training or a degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
