Role: Salesforce QA Engineer Location: 🇬🇪 Georgia (remote) or 🇵🇱 Poland (remote) Contract Type: B2B Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution using appropriate tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and requirement alignment. Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational quality standards. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and ensure testing strategies align with new features and updates. Requirements Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with Salesforce applications. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (mandatory). Language Skills: English proficiency at B2 or higher (effective communication with international clients). Knowledge of Salesforce features, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Proficient in test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and bug tracking systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to create and execute test cases, identify edge cases, and maintain test documentation. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar). Knowledge of Apex test classes and Salesforce metadata. Background in working with EU/US/UAE clients is a plus. Salesforce QA-specific experience is highly valued.
