## Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our collaborative team. We specialize in delivering Salesforce solutions to the most recognizable brands worldwide. Responsibilities Design and deliver solutions using components from the Salesforce ecosystem Lead the development team Follow our development standards and best practices Participate actively in our Technical Architecture Community Expand professional qualifications through continuous education Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Technical Architect Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform products Proficiency in Git (e.g., code merges between branches, cherry-picking, release tags, etc.) Solid knowledge of design/enterprise architecture patterns Advanced understanding of the Salesforce deployment toolchain (including Salesforce DX, change sets, data loader) Good understanding of project delivery methodologies Familiarity with testing processes and types of tests available (e.g., SIT, UAT, QA, automated testing, functional testing, performance testing, etc.) Ability to assist the project manager in providing cost and time effort estimations Capability to work effectively under high pressure from project management or customers Experience conducting technical discovery sessions Knowledge of integration patterns Experience designing and building integration architectures Strong client-facing skills Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Nice to have Agentforce or Data Cloud certification We offer We connect like-minded people Delivering innovative solutions to industry leaders, making a global impact Enjoyable working environment, whether it is the vibrant office or the comfort of your own home Opportunity to work abroad for up to two months per year Relocation opportunities within our offices in 55+ countries Corporate and social events We invest in your growth Leadership development, career advising, soft skills and well-being programs Certifications, including GCP, Azure and AWS Unlimited access to EPAM's internal learning database Free English classes with certified teachers We cover it all Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Monetary bonuses for engaging in the referral program Comprehensive medical & family care package Five trust days per year (sick leave without a medical certificate) Benefits package (sports activities, a variety of stores and services) EPAM is global leader in AI transformation engineering and integrated consulting, serving Forbes Global 2000 companies and ambitious startups.
