Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Salesperson, located in Tbilisi. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, preparing sales proposals, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends and opportunities to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of climate solutions and engineering services is a plus Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Proficient in market research and identifying business opportunities Previous experience in a sales role or a related field is preferred Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
