## Job description

Role Overview: Responsible for unloading products from trucks, breaking down pallets, and organizing items for storage or shipment. Provides support for warehouse tasks such as sanitation, inventory control, selection, and equipment operation. May handle fueling, washing, and cleaning semi-trucks/trailers based on the center's needs. Key Duties Unload trucks, break down pallets, and organize products on warehouse racks or pick slots. Handle various food and product categories, including fresh produce, frozen foods, dairy, and meats. Assist with sanitation, cleaning warehouse areas, and maintaining safety standards. Operate industrial equipment like electric pallet jacks and high-lift trucks. Check products for damage, verify quantities, and assist with order selection and palletizing. Lift and move products weighing up to 75 lbs., ensuring safety protocols are followed. Report product issues, low stock, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Participate in product rotation and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Warehouse experience and operation of industrial equipment preferred. Ability to lift heavy products, work in multi-temperature environments, and follow safety guidelines. Strong communication skills, ability to read and interpret instructions, and work independently or as part of a team. Flexible to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, crouching, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Physical & Environmental Conditions: Frequent standing, walking, and handling objects in warehouse settings with moderate to high noise levels. Ability to work in different temperature zones and adapt to changing work demands.
