## Job description

International cultural events · Remote (probationary period) · Competitive salary · PROMOTE CONCERTS THAT THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WILL TALK ABOUT · RED EVENTS is an international creative agency that stages musical events in Europe's most extraordinary spaces — historic cathedrals, theatres, palaces, planetariums, orangeries and rooftops. We produce hundreds of concerts every year across the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, the CIS and beyond — working with world-renowned musical brands and creating our own distinctive projects. The company is now growing rapidly, opening new markets and launching new event formats. That is precisely why we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and play a part in building an international brand. As we open new markets and launch dozens of concert campaigns in parallel, paid search has become one of our most important sales channels. We are looking for a Google Ads Manager who can own this channel end to end — turning campaigns into ticket sales, market by market and event by event. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING — Planning, building, launching and optimising campaigns across Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Demand Gen. — Owning campaign budgets across multiple concerts and countries, and allocating spend to maximise ticket sales and return on ad spend (ROAS). — Conducting keyword research, writing and testing ad copy, and building out well-structured campaigns, ad groups and assets. — Managing bidding strategies, audiences and geo-targeting across several European markets at once. — Setting up and maintaining accurate conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and UTM tagging. — Monitoring performance daily and running structured A/B tests on copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages. — Analysing results and preparing clear reports and recommendations for the Head of Department. — Working closely with designers and the content team to brief and improve ad creatives and landing pages. — Coordinating campaign timing with ticketing operators, venues and each concert's on-sale schedule. — Testing new tools, formats and AI-driven features to keep our paid search ahead of the market. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR — 3–5 years' experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with real budgets. — A solid understanding of Search, Performance Max and the wider Google Ads ecosystem. — Confidence with conversion tracking — GA4, Google Tag Manager and UTM tagging. — Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into clear decisions. — The ability to write concise, persuasive ad copy that drives clicks and conversions. — English to at least B1 level. — The ability to organise your own work, manage several campaigns at once and see tasks through to a result. A STRONG ADVANTAGE — Google Ads certification. — Experience in culture, music, entertainment or the events industry. — Familiarity with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for cross-channel campaigns. — Experience with Notion, Canva, Figma or Miro. — Experience marketing ticketed events or working with ticketing operators. — Experience in use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway and others). — Additional European languages. WHAT SUCCESS LOOK LIKE — Consistently strong return on ad spend across multiple concert campaigns. — Independently launching, managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns end to end. — A steady flow of tests and optimisations that lower cost per acquisition and increase ticket sales. — Accurate, reliable conversion tracking across every market. — Clear, timely reporting that guides marketing decisions. WHAT WE OFFER — Work on international cultural projects. — Ownership of a key sales channel across European markets. — Involvement in launching new concert formats. — A young, international team. — Remote working during the probationary period. — A formal working relationship. — Paid holiday. — A competitive salary, open to review. — Professional and career growth. WHY RED EVENTS We value initiative, independence and a genuine desire to keep growing. No two days are the same here: today you're scaling a campaign for a premiere in London, tomorrow you're launching paid search for a new project in Italy, and a week later you're optimising ROAS for concerts in Switzerland or the Netherlands. If you're excited to own a channel that directly drives sales, work with a strong team and see the results of your work across Europe — we'd love to meet you.
