## Job description

Role Descr iption This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based in Tbilisi. The Security Guard is responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, controlling access to premises, and ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets. Daily tasks include checking identification, inspecting security systems and equipment, responding to alarms and incidents, and maintaining clear and accurate incident reports. The role involves cooperating with colleagues and supervisors, assisting visitors and clients, and following established security procedures and emergency protocols. The Security Guard is expected to remain alert, act calmly under pressure, and uphold NAIA Security’s standards of professionalism and client service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Physical Security and Private Security skills, including patrolling, access control, and incident response. Candidates should possess effective Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact respectfully with clients, visitors, and team members. Candidates should possess Personnel Security awareness, including understanding of identity verification and protection of sensitive areas. Ability to remain attentive, make sound decisions under pressure, and follow established security procedures and emergency protocols. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear incident reports and communicate with supervisors and authorities. Physical fitness suitable for standing, patrolling, and responding quickly to security situations. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is an advantage. Basic knowledge of security technologies and alarm systems; willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and practices.
