Role Description The Security Training Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating security training programs for clients operating in high-risk environments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, developing instructional materials, facilitating classroom and practical training sessions, and adapting content to diverse learner groups. The specialist will collaborate with security experts to ensure training reflects current risks and best practices, provide ongoing support to trainees, and document outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to convey complex security concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences. Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills to design, deliver, and refine effective security learning programs. Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills to create structured, practical, and scenario-based training materials. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support client needs, respond to feedback, and maintain professional relationships. Experience delivering training in security, risk management, or related fields is highly desirable. Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi and collaborate with cross-cultural teams in challenging environments. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training engagements. Relevant academic background or professional certifications in training, education, security, or risk management are an advantage.
