## Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and deep logistics process understanding. Responsibilities Change Request Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP developments and change requests (CRs) within SAP EWM and core logistics modules SAP EWM Customization & Enhancements: Implement complex technical solutions using ABAP Objects, BADIs, user exits, enhancement spots, IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, and SAP Fiori/UI5 (where applicable) Process Alignment: Translate business requirements from logistics and warehouse management stakeholders into robust technical specifications and efficient ABAP code Troubleshooting & Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis, debug existing EWM programs, and optimize performance for high-volume logistics transactions Testing & Documentation: Collaborate with functional consultants and QA teams to execute unit/integration testing and maintain comprehensive technical documentation Collaboration: Work closely with SAP functional consultants, system architects, and business analysts in an Agile/Scrum environment Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development Domain Expertise: Proven hands-on experience and strong process understanding in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) — including RF Framework, warehouse task creation, inbound/outbound delivery processing, and storage control Advanced SAP ABAP skills (ABAP Objects, OO principles, Performance Tuning, SQL optimization) Experience with enhancement frameworks (BADIs, Enhancement Spots, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements) Integration experience (IDocs, ALE, APIs, OData, Web Services) We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
