## Job description

Company Description Buff Labs is an AI Production Studio, creating AI-powered video, motion, animation, photography and more Role Description This role combines 2 main responsibilities Account Management - managing and growing a portfolio of clients, managing their experience end-to-end, driving renewals, maintaining account health, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery from our team Sales - Researching the market and identifying potential leads, owning the full cycle from initial outreach and pitching through to closing new clients Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention. Manage renewals and support moderate growth opportunities within defined commercial frameworks. Monitor account health, revenue performance, and provide forecasting inputs to senior leadership. Identify and resolve risks early, acting as the main point of escalation for your accounts. Translate customer goals into clear, structured creative programs. Work on acquisition of new clients, both local and global Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within an agency Experience managing and retaining client accounts with ownership of renewals. Ability to lead commercial conversations within defined pricing and deal structures. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior clients. Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. Comfort using data to inform account decisions and forecasting. About us Full time, 11:00 - 19:00 Office in the middle of Tbilisi (Vashlovani St)
