## Job description

Senior/Advanced Analyst - Retail Profitability & Analytics Group Bank of Georgia offers ambitious finance professionals the opportunity to turn data into strategic impact. In this role, you won’t just build reports - you’ll help shape strategy, optimize performance, and guide key decisions across our retail business. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll contribute to high-impact analysis across pricing, customer behavior, product profitability, and more. What You'll Do Depending on your level, you’ll: Develop pricing simulation models to support strategic decision-making Analyze customer behavior to optimize campaigns, pricing, and engagement Assess profitability across products, branches, segments, and channels Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support commercial and operational decisions Strengthen internal reporting and performance tracking tools for better visibility and action Contribute to strategic projects focused on cost efficiency, pricing, and commercial performance This is analytics at the heart of decision-making - fast-paced, business-critical, and strategically important. What We’re Looking For: Technical & Professional Skills Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Fluency in English (spoken and written) Solid knowledge of corporate finance and financial modeling Experience working with data and analytics tools Mindset & Soft Skills Curious, analytical thinkers who explore “why” and “what’s next” Strategic mindset – able to translate data into decisions Clear communicators – structured, concise, and audience-aware Proactive team players who challenge, contribute, and collaborate Creative, solution-oriented, and motivated to improve yes processes If interested please apply by 19 October, 2026.
