**Looking for Senior (5+ years) AI Algorithm Developer (Medical Imaging)**

**✅**English B2+
**✅**A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics (focus on AI/Image Processing)
**✅**For EU based candidates only

**Requirements:**
- Strong experience in the development and optimization of complex AI algorithms, specifically for Medical Imaging;
- Deep knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow);
- Proficiency in software development using Python and C++;
- Experience in analyzing large datasets (Big Data) and advanced image processing;
- Proven track record in designing software architectures for AI-based systems;
- High awareness of safety and security standards for safety-critical environments (medtech);
- Ability to validate and verify algorithms using modern testing and simulation methods;
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset for innovative project environments;

**Will be a plus:**
- German B1+
- Experience with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR);
- Background in advanced Computer Vision techniques;
- Familiarity with hybrid work models and agile development in international teams;
