Senior AI Engineer, Copilot Studio Developer

We are looking for a skilled Senior AI Engineer, Copilot Studio Developer to join our team and contribute to an Augmented Sales Program designed to define the vision and technical foundation for AI augmentation of the sales process. In this role, you will build intelligent agents that enhance sales productivity and decision-making, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver impactful, enterprise-grade solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio Build and maintain agentic workflows that automate and augment sales processes end-to-end Develop and integrate Microsoft Power Apps-based solutions to support the Augmented Sales Program Apply Generative AI application development practices to create intelligent, context-aware solutions Contribute to solution architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate sales process requirements into technical agent designs Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of the AI platform Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing autonomous agent systems and agentic automation engineering Expertise in agentic workflows with deep understanding of multi-step, goal-driven workflow orchestration Proficiency in Generative AI application development with proven experience building production-grade solutions (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG) Advanced skills in Microsoft Copilot Studio, with the ability to create, configure, and extend Copilot agents for enterprise use cases Expert-level competency in Microsoft Power Apps, including building and integrating Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments Intermediate knowledge of solution architecture, with the capability to design coherent, scalable technical solutions and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed, international team Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher Nice to have Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, etc.) Background in Power Automate, Dataverse, or other Microsoft Power Platform components Understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and sales process automation Knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments We offer We connect like-minded people Delivering innovative solutions to industry leaders, making a global impact Enjoyable working environment, whether it is the vibrant office or the comfort of your own home Opportunity to work abroad for up to two months per year Relocation opportunities within our offices in 55+ countries Corporate and social events We invest in your growth Leadership development, career advising, soft skills and well-being programs Certifications, including GCP, Azure and AWS Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning and Udemy Free English classes with certified teachers We cover it all Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Monetary bonuses for engaging in the referral program Comprehensive medical & family care package Five trust days per year (sick leave without a medical certificate) Benefits package (sports activities, a variety of stores and services) EPAM Georgia is a team of innovators united by a passion for technology.
