About Cargo Polo Cargo Polo is an international automotive company and an official partner of leading U.S. auto auctions, operating across the United States, Georgia, Ukraine, Poland, and the United Arab Emirates. As part of our digital transformation strategy, we are expanding our technology team and are looking for an experienced Senior App Developer to lead the development of innovative software solutions that support our customers, logistics operations, and internal business processes across multiple international markets. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable applications, and leveraging AI to accelerate software development and deliver exceptional products. Key Responsibilities · Develop, and maintain scalable applications and digital products. · Lead the development of new software solutions from concept through deployment. · Collaborate with product manager and business stakeholders. · Build secure, high-performance, and maintainable applications. · Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, mapping services, logistics platforms, and AI-powered services. · Design and implement AI-driven features and workflow automation where applicable. · Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience. · Participate in software architecture, technical planning, code reviews, and engineering best practices. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of Cargo Polo’s technology ecosystem. Required Qualifications · 5+ years of professional software development experience. · Strong proficiency in one or more modern development frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, React, Next.js, Node.js, .NET, Java, Kotlin, Swift, or similar technologies. · Excellent understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud services, and system integration. · Experience building and deploying production-grade applications. · Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development practices. · Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency. · Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. · Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: · AI-powered applications and intelligent automation. · Automotive technology or vehicle logistics software. · Freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain systems. · Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure. · Microservices architecture and scalable distributed systems.
