## Job description

About Us: SmartSoft is a software provider for the online commerce industry based in Georgia and successfully operates internationally. The core line of the business is game and supportive software development for iGaming operators. The team of more than 170 employees carries out a complete game development cycle and distributes products worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Define the artistic direction and visual concept of the game; Create game characters, backgrounds, symbols, and other visual assets in accordance with the product’s visual concept and technical documentation; Maintain visual and stylistic consistency across all game elements; Modify and enhance existing visuals when required; Estimate task scope and deadlines and ensure timely delivery within the agreed timeframe; Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and align with the product’s visual concept; Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with their expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in 2D art; Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to work in different artistic styles and create visual concepts; Experience in stylized art, concept art, and character design; Strong understanding of composition, color, and form; Advanced proficiency in graphic design and digital art software; Experience in creating art for games is considered an advantage; Experience in 3D modeling is considered an advantage; Proficiency in Georgian and English.
