In this full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi, the Senior Auditor reviews financial records, evaluates internal controls, analyzes tax returns and related documentation, and identifies risks, irregularities, or non-compliance issues. The role includes preparing clear audit reports, recommending corrective actions, and advising taxpayers on compliance requirements and best practices. The Senior Auditor collaborates with internal teams, provides guidance to junior auditors, participates in process improvement initiatives, and supports the development of fair and efficient tax administration. Qualifications Strong auditing and accounting skills, including experience with tax audits, financial statement analysis, and evaluation of internal controls.
