Role Description The Senior Brand Designer is a full-time, remote role responsible for creating and evolving brand identities across digital and print touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include developing visual concepts, designing logos and brand systems, producing guidelines, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The role involves collaborating with strategy, copywriting, and digital teams to translate brand positioning into compelling visual narratives and user-centric experiences. The Senior Brand Designer will also lead design presentations to clients, provide art direction, oversee quality of deliverables, and mentor junior designers to uphold agency standards. Qualifications Strong expertise in brand identity design, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual frameworks. Proficiency in key design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar) and experience creating assets for both digital and print. Experience developing brand guidelines, design systems, and templates that ensure consistent implementation across channels. Ability to translate brand strategy and positioning into clear, distinctive visual concepts and storytelling. Comfort leading design projects end-to-end, from briefing and ideation through refinement, delivery, and client feedback. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers and contributing to team best practices and design standards. Prior agency experience and familiarity with branding and digital marketing practices are highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
