Vacancy: Senior C++ Engineer (Trading Team)

We are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to join a team developing one of the core trading engines behind a global electronic trading platform.

This is an opportunity to work on a high-performance, business-critical system that processes billions of dollars in trading volume every day. Rather than building a greenfield product, you’ll help evolve and optimize a mature, large-scale C++ codebase where performance, reliability, and engineering quality truly matter.

What you’ll do

• Develop and enhance a large-scale production C++ trading platform
• Investigate, debug, and optimize complex backend systems
• Improve latency, throughput, and overall system performance
• Design and implement new functionality across multiple trading workflows
• Work with multithreaded, event-driven, high-performance software
• Collaborate with experienced engineers across global teams
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate debugging, code analysis, and development while validating AI-generated solutions through testing and engineering judgment

Must have

✔ Strong modern C++ (C++17 or newer)
✔ Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
✔ Multithreading and concurrency experience
✔ Strong Computer Science fundamentals (memory, CPU, data structures, algorithms)
✔ Experience working with large production codebases
✔ Understanding of performance optimization and low-latency systems
✔ Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar)

Nice to have

➕ Trading or financial systems experience
➕ Distributed systems experience
➕ Market data or exchange connectivity knowledge
➕ Experience with performance profiling and optimization
