This part-time remote role involves editing and optimizing web content, blog posts, product pages, and knowledge base articles to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice. The person in this role will collaborate with writers, marketers, and product stakeholders to set editorial standards, maintain content consistency, and ensure all materials communicate complex SaaS and deliverability concepts in accessible language. Daily responsibilities include managing content workflows, reviewing drafts, providing constructive feedback, conducting light research to validate claims, and ensuring content is technically correct and engaging for target audiences. The Senior Content Editor will also help refine content strategy by identifying gaps, prioritizing high-impact topics, and using performance insights to guide future content. Qualifications Strong content management skills, including organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing content pipelines and editorial calendars.
