This position is responsible for leading content strategy and execution across campaigns, events, and branding projects, ensuring all materials align with client objectives and Mozaika’s creative standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, briefing and managing writers and designers, reviewing and editing copy, and coordinating with account and creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact content. The Senior Content Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize content for various channels, and maintain consistent messaging across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints. This role also involves mentoring junior content staff, contributing to pitch materials, and supporting continuous improvement of content processes and guidelines. Qualifications Strong content strategy and planning skills, including experience developing content frameworks and editorial calendars for multi-channel campaigns. Advanced writing and editing abilities, with a track record of creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for marketing and events. Experience in creative direction and collaboration, working closely with designers, producers, and account managers to deliver integrated concepts. Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation, basic SEO, social media content best practices, and performance optimization.
