Job description

We are looking for a Senior Copilot Studio Developer to design and develop Microsoft Copilot agents and enterprise integrations using Microsoft Power Platform across enterprise and industrial Oil & Gas environments. Responsibilities Design and develop Copilot Studio agents including task-based, retrieval-based and autonomous types Model agent conversations and orchestrate multi-agent capability chaining Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce Build custom connectors and extend Power Platform through OpenAPI/REST integrations Secure API integrations using Azure Entra ID and OAuth 2.0 Enable enterprise knowledge grounding through SharePoint, Dataverse and structured systems Manage Power Platform governance including DLP policies and RBAC Oversee DEV/UAT/PROD lifecycle and agent deployment/release management Monitor agent performance and drive continuous improvement Gather business requirements and translate them into Copilot agent capabilities Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders Support change impact assessment and adoption across business units Requirements 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development with a focus on Copilot Studio agent design Expertise in developing Retrieval, Task and Autonomous Copilot agents including conversation modeling and orchestration Experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce Background in developing custom integrations including Custom Connectors, MCP Servers and Computer Use Tool Proficiency in secure API integration using Azure Entra ID and OAuth 2.0 Knowledge of enterprise knowledge grounding using SharePoint, Dataverse and structured data systems Skills in Power Platform governance including DLP policy enforcement and RBAC Understanding of Responsible AI implementation and compliance with industrial IT standards Familiarity with DEV/UAT/PROD lifecycle management and agent deployment processes Competency in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional agent capabilities Capability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage cross-team communication English proficiency at B2 level or higher We offer We connect like-minded people Delivering innovative solutions to industry leaders, making a global impact Enjoyable working environment, whether it is the vibrant office or the comfort of your own home Opportunity to work abroad for up to two months per year Relocation opportunities within our offices in 55+ countries Corporate and social events We invest in your growth Leadership development, career advising, soft skills and well-being programs Certifications, including GCP, Azure and AWS Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning and Udemy Free English classes with certified teachers We cover it all Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Monetary bonuses for engaging in the referral program Comprehensive medical & family care package Five trust days per year (sick leave without a medical certificate) Benefits package (sports activities, a variety of stores and services) EPAM Georgia is a team of innovators united by a passion for technology.
