**Senior Creative Editor**
Format: Remote
Employment: full-time

Обязанности
-Write and edit across all marketing formats and channels: ads, landing pages, advertorials, SEO articles, website copy, SMM, presentations, lead magnets, and conference materials.
-Build and maintain content plans across key channels (SEO blog included), and drive materials from concept to publication.
-Analyze competitors and audit our content/messaging to spot gaps and opportunities, and share findings as input for the team's content decisions.
-Craft copy that moves people through the funnel, keeping the message coherent from first touch to conversion.
-Maintain consistency of our tone of voice across formats, and contribute suggestions for refining editorial guidelines over time.
-Document and refine repeatable workflows for content production as volume grows.
Требования
-4–5+ years of experience as a writer/editor in marketing communications, with a strong, format-diverse portfolio.
-Fluent English and Russian.
-Equally strong writing and editing skills — not just one or the other.
-Solid grasp of funnel psychology and conversion copywriting.
-Strong conceptual thinking — messaging, tone, voice, verbal identity.
-Strong analytical mindset — able to analyze competitors and audit content to identify clear, actionable opportunities.
-Experience partnering with Creative Leads/Directors, Product, and SEO/PPC — translating strategy and product positioning into marketing messaging, contributing hooks and angles, and adjusting direction quickly as feedback shifts.
-Comfort using AI tools for concept exploration and drafts, with the judgment to know what still needs a human hand.
-Strong ownership mentality — able to build your own process and be accountable end-to-end.
Nice to Have
-Experience in fintech, iGaming, or B2B SaaS.
-Experience contributing to brand launches — developing messaging and content for go-to-market.
-Experience working within a high-volume content production setup — briefing freelancers/writers and following repeatable systems.
