## Job description

📉 **Senior Data Engineer (Databricks / PySpark)**

Interexy is looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a fully remote project focused on building and optimizing scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms.

📌 Requirements:

* 4+ years of commercial Data Engineering experience
* Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
* Advanced knowledge of PySpark / Apache Spark
* Strong Python and SQL skills
* Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines
* Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Good understanding of Data Lakes and Data Warehousing
* English B2
* Candidate must be based in the EU

🛠 Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain scalable data pipelines
* Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Databricks and PySpark
* Work with large datasets and distributed data processing
* Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of data solutions
