Media Miami is looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to own and scale a high-volume newsletter portfolio. If you see email as a growth and revenue engine—not just a publishing channel—this role is for you.

You'll:
• Own 7–10 newsletters end-to-end
• Drive engagement, retention, and subscriber growth
• Lead deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement
• Optimize newsletter monetization and ad performance
• Build scalable processes and eventually grow a team

We're looking for:
✔️ Strong experience managing high-volume email programs (Database from 100 000 subscribers)
✔️ Deep expertise in deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP/domain reputation)
✔️ Proven success growing engagement and retention metrics
✔️ Experience with newsletter monetization and sponsorships
✔️ Strong QA mindset and excellent English (C1+)
