24 September Senior Financial Analyst / Deputy CFO Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Category: Finance / Accounting / Banking Employment Type: Full-time Remuneration: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications About the Role We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst / Deputy CFO to join our growing financial services business in Georgia. This is a senior finance role combining financial planning and analysis (FP&A), regulatory reporting, treasury, and capital management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in banking, fintech, financial institutions, or a similarly regulated financial environment. This role is particularly suitable for a driven professional who wants to take on broader responsibility across Finance as the company continues to scale. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) ** Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. ** Prepare monthly management accounts, financial analysis, and performance reports. ** Develop and maintain financial models covering revenue, costs, liquidity, profitability, and capital requirements. ** Monitor actual performance against budget and provide clear variance analysis. Regulatory Finance & Capital Management ** Prepare and coordinate financial and regulatory reporting to the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) and other authorities. ** Monitor regulatory capital, capital adequacy, and related prudential requirements. ** Support calculation and monitoring of CET1, Tier 1, Total Regulatory Capital ratios, risk-weighted assets (RWA), and capital buffers. ** Support the implementation and maintenance of the company`s Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and stress testing. Business & Strategic Finance ** Support the CEO in evaluating new products, market opportunities, and strategic business initiatives. ** Analyze unit economics, pricing, profitability, and return on capital. ** Prepare comprehensive financial analysis for new products, partnerships, and investments. Requirements ** 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, banking, fintech, or financial institutions. ** Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and advanced knowledge of Excel. ** Deep understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and balance-sheet management. ** Fluency in both Georgian and English. Strong Plus ** Experience with NBG regulatory reporting and capital adequacy requirements (Basel II/III framework). ** Proven experience with ICAAP, capital planning, and RWA calculations. ** Professional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) — completed or in progress. ** Experience working with external auditors.
