Senior Frontend Engineer
Job description
Arilx is building the frontend of a real-money crash game (iGaming) for a regulated market — Georgia first, then international. Pre-rendered cinematic video stage, WebSocket protocol against the client's backend team, certification-bound build (GLI-19 lab review), gate-based fixed-scope delivery. You own the spine and everything touching money: Architecture, store design, and the WebSocket client: reconnect, resync, out-of-order and duplicate message handling The round state machine and the bet-panel / auto-cashout state machine Idempotent bet & cashout flows — no double-submits, no ghost bets Integration against the customer's WS/REST contract (you co-author that contract in weeks 1–2) Security hardening (CSP, SRI, zero client trust) and 60fps on low-end Android Code review for a mid engineer building surfaces on your contracts Must-have 5+ years frontend, expert TypeScript Production real-time experience: WebSocket clients you built and operated, not just consumed State-machine thinking for complex flows (XState or hand-rolled) Performance discipline: profiling, rendering budgets, cheap Android as a first-class target Working English (all specs and lab docs are in English) Strong plus Betting / trading / fintech UI — anywhere a wrong state costs real money iGaming, especially crash-format games; provably-fair familiarity Web video playback sync (iOS Safari quirks), Canvas/WebGL
