Hello everyone,

I'm the founder of IT Solve, a Poland-based IT consulting and software development company focused on helping international clients with software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and digital transformation projects.

💻 Who We're Looking For

✅ 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience

✅ Strong experience with:

React.js
Angular
Next.js
Node.js
TypeScript
REST APIs
Python
PostgreSQL / MySQL
C/C#

✅ Experience building and delivering production applications

✅ Strong communication skills in English

✅ Ability to work directly with international clients

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a business

🚀 What You'll Be Doing
Developing modern web applications for international clients
Participating in technical discussions and solution design
Helping estimate and plan projects
Working closely with clients and stakeholders
Supporting company growth and future technical direction
