Senior Full-Stack Developer — Angular / Java

**Elinext** is an international IT company specializing in software development and integration for customers worldwide. We help businesses build reliable, scalable, and modern digital solutions across industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and others.

We are looking for a **Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong Angular and Java expertise** to join an international banking project focused on digital retail-financing solutions for **consumer loans and credit lines**.

In this role, you will develop modern customer-facing journeys and contribute to both frontend and backend services within a complex enterprise environment. You will work with end-to-end processes involving multiple systems, interfaces, APIs, and workflow-driven components.

The position requires a senior engineer who can independently take ownership of features throughout the full delivery lifecycle - from requirements analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production readiness.

Project Details
**Work format:** Primarily remote
**Location:** Candidates based in the EU are preferred
**Travel:** Occasional business trips to Budapest may be required
**Language:** English is mandatory; German is an advantage

Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern frontend features using **Angular**
- Develop and maintain backend services using **Java and microservices**
- Build digital retail-financing journeys related to consumer loans and credit lines
- Integrate frontend and backend components through **REST APIs**
- Work with end-to-end processes across multiple systems, interfaces, and integrations
- Contribute to workflow-driven solutions using **Camunda**, comparable workflow engines, or AI agentic orchestration
- Independently deliver features from requirements analysis to production release
- Build and maintain automated tests to ensure product quality
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders in an international environment
- Contribute to technical decisions and improve the reliability and maintainability of the product

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong commercial experience with **Angular**
- Strong backend development experience with **Java**
- Practical experience with **microservices architecture**
- Solid experience integrating **REST APIs**
- Experience working in complex enterprise system landscapes
- Understanding of end-to-end flows, interfaces, and system integrations
- Experience with **Camunda**, another workflow engine, or AI agentic orchestration
- Experience with **test automation**
- Practical knowledge of **Git, Jenkins, and OpenShift**
- Ability to independently take ownership of complex features
- Strong communication skills in **English**
- Willingness to travel occasionally to **Budapest**

Nice to Have
- Experience in the **banking, lending, or financial services** domain
- Experience with consumer-loan or credit-line products
- Knowledge of **German**
