We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and maintain secure, scalable, AI-powered web applications. You will work across frontend and backend development, building multi-tenant application interfaces and supporting services using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Next.js . Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js and Python . Develop secure, reliable, and user-friendly interfaces for multi-tenant applications. Implement tenant-aware routing, configuration, authorization, and data isolation. Integrate frontend applications with REST and/or GraphQL APIs. Apply web security best practices, including OWASP Top 10, CSP, CORS, and secure data handling. Build accessible, responsive interfaces using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and SCSS. Write unit tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and reliable release processes. Optimize application performance, usability, and maintainability. Actively use AI coding tools, including Codex, throughout the software development lifecycle, integrating AI-assisted workflows and tools into everyday engineering processes. Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, QA, client services, and engineering teams. Communicate technical decisions clearly, identify risks early, and proactively drive solutions forward. Manage multiple tenants, tasks, and workstreams while maintaining high engineering standards. Requirements: 7+ years of professional web development experience, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects. Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js, including rendering strategies, routing, state management, and API integration. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript. Working proficiency in Python, including reading, debugging, testing, and extending existing backend services and APIs. Experience with Node.js and full-stack application development. Production experience building multi-tenant applications or working with tenant-aware architectures. Strong understanding of tenant isolation, authorization boundaries, data privacy, and secure data handling. Practical knowledge of web security standards and best practices, including OWASP Top 10, CSP, and CORS. Understanding of web accessibility, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and responsive design. Experience integrating frontend applications with REST or GraphQL APIs. Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern application hosting platforms. Hands-on experience writing unit tests and maintaining reliable production software. Active experience using AI tools in the software development lifecycle, including Codex or comparable AI coding agents. Ability to integrate AI tools into engineering workflows beyond basic prompting, including tool orchestration and development process automation. Excellent English communication skills and confidence working directly with US-based product and engineering teams. Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and work with minimal supervision. Availability to overlap with the US East Coast team by approximately 4–5 hours per working day. Nice to have: Experience implementing tenant-specific configuration, theming, feature flags, or role-based access controls. Experience with serverless functions and backend API development.
