## Job description

Hi colleagues,
I am looking for a **Senior Full-stack Engineer**.

=Full-time
=Remote or Hybrid work model (workspace in Warsaw - Mokotów)
=Location: Poland (only)
=Employment type: B2B or UoP **(Note: B2B via incubators is NOT accepted)**

**Must-haves:**
-5+ years of experience as a Full-stack Engineer with the tech stack below:
-Strong TypeScript experience 4 + years of
-English and Russian B2+ (communication with US clients)
-Full-stack product delivery (UI through API through database)
-Modern React / Next.js
-Relational database design and SQL (PostgreSQL)
-Type-safe API design and validation
-Multi-tenant authorization and secure coding
-Automated testing (unit + integration)
-CI/CD fluency
-Works independently in an existing codebase

**Nice-to-haves:**
-Fintech / lending domain experience
-Auth, storage, and RLS with Postgres-backed platforms (e.g. Supabase)
-Third-party financial / payments / document integrations
-Performance tuning (DB and frontend)
-Observability and production incident ownership
-oRPC (or tRPC / similar contract-first RPC)
-Hono
-Drizzle ORM
-hey-api / OpenAPI client generation
-TanStack Query, Form, Table
