Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Looking for Senior Full-Stack Engineer** 🚀

Greenfield build of a modern, AI-driven real estate investing and lending platform 🏠🤖, in partnership with two New York–based industry veterans.

One system powering four role-based portals — operators, borrowers, co-investors, and lending partners — covering the full deal lifecycle from underwriting to servicing, with the lead engineer owning development from day one. 💻🔑

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience ⏳
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (React) and TypeScript 🧩
- Solid backend experience with Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI) ⚙️
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling 🗄️
- Experience implementing authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) 🔐
- Comfortable owning architecture and leading development on a greenfield product 🏗️
- Fluent English for daily collaboration with a US-based founding team 🇺🇸🗣️

**Nice to have:**
- Experience with Supabase or Auth0 🛠️
- Cloud and DevOps exposure (AWS, S3-compatible storage) ☁️
- Secure handling of sensitive financial/PII data and encryption (pgcrypto, AES-256) 🔒
- Third-party integrations: DocuSign, SendGrid/Postmark, Twilio 📩📞
- Interest or experience with AI-driven development (Claude / LLM APIs) 🧠
- Fintech, proptech, or lending domain experience 💰
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field 🎓

**Location:**
- Preferred but not necessary for the ideal candidate: Krakow, Poland 🇵🇱
