Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET & React)

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET & React) with a strong software engineering background and an interest in building AI-powered solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical advisory responsibilities, supporting both immediate engineering initiatives and the longer-term development of AI-driven capabilities. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and React. Build secure, maintainable, and high-performing systems following modern software engineering principles. Design and implement API-first / API-led architectures and microservices. Contribute to technical architecture decisions and provide engineering guidance on new initiatives. Develop AI-powered features leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI-driven workflows. Design and develop AI agents and automation workflows. Work with Claude Code, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and prompt engineering techniques to enhance AI applications. Implement prompt evolution strategies to improve AI performance and reliability. Build and maintain automated AI deployment pipelines, including deployments on RunPod. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Champion secure coding practices, testing, and modern SDLC processes. Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native delivery processes. Requirements: Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET Core. Strong experience with React. Experience designing scalable, API-led or microservice-based architectures. Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and clean, maintainable code. Experience with secure coding practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs. Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Experience developing AI workflows or autonomous agents. Familiarity with Claude Code, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and prompt engineering. Experience deploying AI workloads to platforms such as RunPod.
