## Job description

🚀 **Hiring: Senior Fullstack Developer / Founding Engineer (Node.js, React, AI)**
**Geos LLC**, a US-based software company, is looking for an experienced engineer to join **LeadBridge**, an AI-powered SaaS platform for service businesses.
💡 **About the Role:**
LeadBridge is already in production with paying customers. We're looking for a hands-on senior engineer who can take technical ownership, solve complex problems, improve AI reliability, and coordinate a small development team.
This is an opportunity to help build and scale an existing product, with meaningful ownership in its future.
✅ **Key Requirements:**
**Experience:** 7+ years in software development preferred.
**Backend:** Strong TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, webhooks, asynchronous processing.
**Frontend:** React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
**Database:** PostgreSQL, SQL.
**Architecture:** Production SaaS, complex integrations, scalability, and reliability.
**AI:** Experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
**DevOps:** CI/CD, automated testing, cloud infrastructure.
**Leadership:** Ability to make independent technical decisions, review code, and coordinate other developers.
🌟 **Nice to Have:**
Voice AI, telephony, Twilio, RingCentral, or similar integrations.
CRM integrations and multi-tenant SaaS.
Experience in early-stage startups.
📍 **Details:**
**Location:** Remote, Europe preferred.
**Engagement:** Full-time, long-term.
**Compensation:** Below-market salary + equity in LeadBridge (subject to vesting).
**Language:** Conversational English.
**Start:** ASAP.
