## Job description

🔥 **Hiring: Senior AI / GenAI & Agentic Engineer**

📍 **Location:** Remote within EU (**must hold EU Citizenship, PR, or a valid EU Work/Residence Permit**)

💼 **Type:** Full-time / B2B Contract

Fluent German (C1/C2)** is required.

We are expanding our team and looking for a strong **Senior GenAI Engineer** to design and build production-grade multi-agent systems and enterprise RAG architectures.

If you focus on reliable orchestration, context engineering, and evals rather than just building simple prompt wrappers — this role is for you!

💡 **What you’ll be doing:**

* Designing and implementing multi-agent workflows using **LangGraph** and **MCP** (Model Context Protocol).
* Building scalable RAG pipelines, working with vector databases, and optimizing context delivery.
* Developing production-ready AI microservices in **Python (FastAPI)** and deploying them to the cloud (**AWS / Azure / GCP**).
* Setting up automated evaluation pipelines and tracing/observability (**Evals, Langfuse, Arize**).

🎯 **What we’re looking for:**

* **3+ years** of hands-on experience in AI / ML / Software Engineering.
* Strong production experience with **LangGraph, MCP, RAG**, and vector databases.
* Proficiency in **Python / FastAPI** and cloud infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP).
* Pragmatic delivery mindset: focus on maintainability, latency, and measurable business impact.
* **Fluent German (C1/C2)** is required.
* **English** is a plus.
