The role: Creating materials primarily for the marketing department, while also supporting other de- partments' design needs. Supporting two brands within the company: TFB Ecosystem and DEXA, a new SaaS project. Owning brand book creation (for DEXA), brand book updates (for both TFB and DEXA), and guideline adoption across the company — by working closely with the product team (UX/UI designer) and creating branding materials for other teams (sales, customer success, HR, etc.). Responsibilities: Designing illustrations for social media, brochures, web pages, emails, advertising, and re- ports across a variety of media formats. Generating drafts and mockups of proposed designs for stakeholder review, incorporating requested revisions, and delivering final, polished work. Working independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project work — including managing multiple simultaneous projects. Updating and maintaining internal databases for designs, photography, and video. Required skills and qualifications: Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphic work. Digital and print design skills, with occasional basic video work. Experience creating animated illustrations and translating technical concepts into stylised vi- suals, including developing animated backgrounds. Email newsletter layout (covers and code), with a basic understanding of HTML. Photo and 3D mockup processing in Photoshop. Interest in gradually automating and templating design work — ideally working toward a component-based, automated brand book in Figma. Experience with design software and tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva, etc.). UX/UI design experience. Experience with visual identity and brand book creation. Ability to work across different visual styles (our two brands have distinct identities). Team management experience is a plus — we're planning to expand the design team.
