Senior IT Project Manager

About The Team We run complex cross-functional projects across the company and ensure they land on time. We're looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who can keep teams, timelines, risks, and stakeholders in sync — and drive a project to real completion, not just a final status call. PM steps in on high-priority, strategically important initiatives where multiple teams from different clusters are working together without a shared manager. When the stakes are high and the dependencies are many, PM makes delivery happen. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through handover to product teams: kick-off, planning, risk management, and delivery control Build and maintain Delivery Roadmaps in Jira Plans: Gantt, dependencies, timelines — keeping them accurate throughout the project lifecycle Ensure risks and blockers are driven to resolution, and project status stays transparent for all stakeholders at all times Coordinate teams during discovery: help shape requirements, prepare artifacts, and clear blockers before delivery begins Run kick-offs, risk sessions, planning meetings, and retrospectives; help teams align and keep moving Close projects against the checklist: all user stories released, tech debt addressed, product handed over, and stable What makes you the perfect fit 5+ years of project management experience in product-focused IT companies, including cross-functional projects with 3+ teams from different departments Strong Jira skills: epics, dependencies, Jira Plans / Advanced Roadmaps Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and SDLC Experience facilitating kick-offs, planning sessions, risk workshops, and retrospectives Ability to stay focused on outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Strong communicator — equally effective with engineers, product managers, and C-level stakeholders; able to drive results without formal authority Will be a plus Prior experience in a PMO or program management function Background managing projects with hard deadlines or external dependencies (compliance, API partners) PMP certification or equivalent Experience in finance or trading domain Familiarity with TradingView as a product What we offer you Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format (4 days in the office, 1 day remotely) Well-equipped offices in Limassol, Paphos and Tbilisi.
