Hi colleagues!
I am looking for a** Senior IT Sales Manager

This is a full-cycle sales role.**

Lead generation is handled by our team, so your focus will be on working with interested prospects, running discovery calls, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.

You'll work closely with our delivery team throughout the sales process. **Since our core focus is on complex code modernization and language migration**, understanding software development services and being comfortable discussing technical topics with clients is essential for success in this role.

**Location:** Physically located and tax-registered anywhere except Russia and Belarus.
**Type of work:** Remote / B2B contract.

**Requirements:**
--3+ years of experience in selling IT outsourcing or custom software development services.
-**Proven track record of navigating complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Procurement) with mid-to-high average contract values.**
-Understand how software development projects are delivered and can confidently discuss technical topics with clients and engineers. ** **
-**Solid understanding of IT service financial models, including Fixed Price (for discovery/audits) and Time & Materials (T&M).**
-Have managed the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
-Speak English and Russian fluently.
