## Job description

REVERA is strengthening its team in Georgia and is looking for an experienced lawyer to join our General Practice team. The role is primarily focused on dispute resolution and litigation, alongside a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters. We are looking for someone who can independently manage complex matters, work directly with clients and take ownership of projects from start to finish. What you will work on: • court proceedings, disputes and litigation strategy; • commercial and contractual matters; • agreements, legal opinions, claims and procedural documents; • corporate and regulatory matters; • work with public authorities and regulators; • complex legal research and practical legal advice; • cross-border projects with REVERA teams in other jurisdictions; • tax-related matters and tax disputes, where relevant. What we are looking for: • Law degree and strong knowledge of Georgian law and court procedures; • solid practical experience in litigation and dispute resolution; • ideally 5+ years of relevant legal experience; • ability to independently manage cases and client projects; • strong drafting, analytical and research skills; • practical, business-oriented approach to legal issues; • fluent Georgian and strong working proficiency in English and Russian; • confidence in direct client communication; • proactive and responsible approach to work.
