We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive the implementation of the Group's marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning and awareness, and support business growth through integrated, insight-driven marketing. Key responsibilities Strategy and planning. Ensuring implementation of the company's marketing strategy, preparing annual and quarterly marketing plans, and coordinating their execution. Brand and communications. Strengthening brand positioning and awareness, managing the brand's communication direction, and ensuring consistency of key messages across all touchpoints. Campaigns and content. Developing communication approaches and campaigns for defined target audiences, planning and managing integrated campaigns across channels, and leading content strategy and the preparation of related materials. Digital and PR. Coordinating the marketing development of digital channels, the website, and social media, and planning and delivering PR, media, partnership activities, and events. Partners and budget. Managing cooperation with agencies, designers, media partners, and other external contractors, and planning, controlling, and ensuring effective use of the marketing budget. Analysis and insights. Monitoring and analyzing the results of marketing activities and campaigns, tracking the market, competitive landscape, and customer behavior, and integrating insights into marketing plans and campaigns. Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external contractors, with strong organizational and project management skills. Communication.
