## Job description

Senior Media Buyer
Company: Appstero

Work format: hybrid — 2 days in the office/ 3 remote

About the role:
We're looking for an experienced media buyer to join our performance marketing team and scale subscription-based products across Tier-1 markets. Primary channel — Meta (Facebook/Instagram), budgets $200K–300K+/month. Working with funnels, creative testing, and analytics.

Requirements:
— 4+ years in performance marketing / media buying
— Extensive experience buying traffic on Meta with large budgets ($200K+/month)
— Experience with web funnels (not only mobile app)
— Deep understanding of the full acquisition funnel
— Experience running A/B tests
— Strong analytical mindset, experience with GA4/AppsFlyer/Mixpanel/Amplitude
— Strong understanding of CRO
— Experience working closely with creative teams
— Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily workflow
— English— B2 or higher

Nice to have: experience with Google Ads/TikTok/Apple Search Ads, experience with subscription/SaaS products, SQL, BI tools, no-code automations (n8n/Zapier/Make).
