Senior Partner Consultant Product/Program: Google ASR Report to: ASR Country Manager About the Role Senior Partner Consultant is a dual-impact leadership role designed to drive growth across our most strategic partnerships, whether they are top-tier agencies or high-value direct clients. This role mirrors the demand for high-level strategic ownership (C-level interaction and risk management) while maintaining a "hands-on" mastery of the Google Ads ecosystem. As the primary engine for business expansion in new markets, you will balance long-term commercial strategy with technical excellence. You are responsible for defining the overall growth strategy, building trusted relationships at the executive level, and ensuring the seamless execution of complex digital marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Relationship & Portfolio Leadership ● Omni-Channel Ownership: Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic agencies and direct high-value clients, identifying growth drivers and building multi-quarter achievement plans. ● C-Level Influencing: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, leading the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process to secure budget commitments and define annual objectives. ● Business Development: Proactively manage the sales pipeline and revenue growth, delivering against quarterly goals through effective questioning, objection handling, and compelling storytelling. ● Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the development of local market GTM motions and ensure alignment between client needs and internal team priorities. ● Mentorship: Support the development of junior Partner Consultant Associates by sharing best practices, co-selling, and structuring outreach programs.2. Advanced Product Mastery & Technical Consulting ● Expert Advisor: Serve as the lead consultant on Google Ads advertising strategies, ensuring clients adopt advanced features (Search, PMax, YouTube, etc.) effectively. ● Data-Driven Solutions: Utilize advanced data analysis to develop tailored marketing solutions that align with specific business KPIs and measurement frameworks. ● Education & Training: Lead workshops and training sessions to educate partners on new product features, industry trends, and complex performance insights. ● Operational Excellence: Use tools like HubSpot for efficient pipeline management and provide actionable proposals, progress reports, and revenue forecasts. Required qualifications ● Experience: 7+ years of progressive professional experience in a top-tier agency, consultancy, or digital vendor, focusing on strategic business development and high-value client leadership. ● Commercial Impact: Proven track record of consultative selling, managing complex books of business, and driving significant revenue growth through strategic budget planning. ● Technical Expertise: Deep, verifiable hands-on experience (minimum 3–5 years) across the full Google advertising spectrum and its integration into unified marketing measurement. ● Strategic & Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to assess partner success via business techniques, competitive selling, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. ● Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex performance analytics and technical trends into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for executive audiences. ● Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment and quickly adapt to new digital trends in an emerging market. ● Language: Intermediate+ English and the relevant local market language. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience in public speaking and industry thought leadership. ● Advanced knowledge of programmatic advertising (DV360) and various DSPs. ● Proven experience in media planning and advanced research (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality).
