Performance marketing is the engine that fills that pipeline, and this role owns the engine. You will manage all paid media across Google Ads, Meta, display, and any other channel that earns its place in the budget. You know what a converting display ad needs and you can communicate that to a designer without ambiguity Own conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and attribution setup. Our current tracking has known gaps and fixing them is part of the role Deliver weekly performance reports covering spend, CPL, ROAS, conversion to free sessions, and key findings, in a format leadership can act on Run structured creative and audience tests, document what you learn, and apply it to the next iteration Identify wasted spend quickly and reallocate. You are accountable for the efficiency of every dollar in the budget Evaluate new channels and ad formats when the data or the opportunity warrants it What we are looking for 4 or more years running paid media campaigns hands-on, with a strong record across Google Ads and Meta. Senior means you have owned budget and been accountable for results, not assisted Deep working knowledge of Google Ads across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. You know the tradeoffs between campaign types and you have strong opinions on when to use each Strong Meta Ads experience: campaign structure, audience build, creative testing, and optimization. You understand the platform attribution quirks and you account for them Experience with display advertising: you understand ad formats, retargeting logic, frequency management, and what makes a display campaign worth running You can build a media budget plan that a CFO can interrogate: spend by channel, projected CPL, assumptions, and the metrics you will use to evaluate whether it is working Strong data analysis skills: GA4, platform dashboards, and spreadsheets. You can find the issue in a data set, form a hypothesis, and test it Solid understanding of conversion tracking, UTM architecture, and attribution models. Comfortable diagnosing and fixing tracking problems Clear communicator: you can explain performance to a non-marketing audience without oversimplifying or drowning them in numbers Nice to have Experience in education, test prep, or a business with a high-consideration purchase cycle Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for connecting ad performance to downstream revenue Experience with programmatic or DSP buying beyond Google Display Network Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification What We Offer Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements $2,000–$2,500 per month Full-time engagement with a stable, US-based company Opportunity to work on meaningful projects with a professional, collaborative team
