Role Description: The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing educational and organizational projects across the school's programs. This includes managing timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The role also involves monitoring project risks, streamlining communication among instructors, staff, and stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee educational and organizational projects across the school's programs, from scoping through delivery Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional teams (instructors, staff) and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery Monitor project risks and issues, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes Prepare status reports and documentation for leadership and stakeholders Ensure quality assurance of course content, events, and learner outcomes across programs Support strategic initiatives that enhance learner experience and operational efficiency Plan and execute hackathons, ideations, and corporate training programs in partnership with different stakeholders, including participant recruitment, mentor/judge coordination, event logistics, and post-event reporting Qualifications 2+ years of project management experience, including experience managing multiple concurrent, multi-stakeholder projects Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate clearly with instructors, learners, and partners Experience organizing hackathons, competitions, or large-scale events with external partners and sponsors is a strong plus Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and documentation Experience in the education, training, or technology sectors is highly beneficial Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment What We Offer Salary based on experience The opportunity to grow with a fast-growing, ambitious team Full access to commschool's educational resources and programs A dynamic, hands-on environment where you'll help shape real projects from the ground up
