Coordinate shipments with key railway operators, including Georgian Railways, Azerbaijan Railways, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, Uzbekistan Railways, and other regional networks. Develop and maintain direct working relationships with strategic ports and terminals: Poti Sea Port Batumi Sea Port Port of Alat Port of Kuryk Port of Aktau Coordinate multimodal transportation and transshipment operations: Sea-to-Rail Road-to-Rail Rail-to-Sea Road-to-Sea Ensure compliance with railway regulations, tariffs, and operational requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Monitor cargo handling performance and resolve operational bottlenecks. Identify inefficiencies in transport chains and implement process improvements. Monitor KPIs, including transit times, wagon turnaround, service levels, and cost efficiency. Develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions such as border delays, infrastructure constraints, and operational incidents. Collaborate with customers, railway operators, terminals, ports, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transport operations. Requirements Experience in railway transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations. Deep knowledge of CIS railway infrastructure, especially in the South Caucasus and Central Asia regions. Strong understanding of railway operations, tariffs, documentation, and cross-border transportation processes. Proven experience working with ports, terminals, and railway operators. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian. Additional regional languages will be considered an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-country environment.
